About
Beneath the Arch

Beneath the Arch Concert series presents up to seven concerts each season - usually three before Christmas and four in the new year. Our season runs from September to April with eclectic musical performances ranging from blues to bluegrass, contemporary to classical, with emphasis on rising Albertan and Canadian performers. Our professional sound engineer ensures your listening pleasure.

The Flare n' Derrick Community Hall, our concert venue, offers accessibility for persons with disabilities, excellent acoustics, and plenty of free parking. Concerts feature a concession with snacks, as well as beer, wine, and soft drinks.

Beneath the Arch is a non-profit society operated by a Board of Directors and an army of dedicated volunteers.  We are based in Diamond Valley, Alberta, a 40 minute drive southwest of Calgary. The Board of Directors is elected annually at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) held in the month of May.
